"Shipping could’ve been handled better"
My order did arrive in good condition, so I’ll give them that. But the shipping took longer than I expected, which was frustrating because I actually needed the items sooner. The tracking barely updated too, i don’t think it’s right to leave customers guessing after they’ve paid. It wasn’t a total disaster, just annoying and something they should do better with.

"Didn't really feel worth it"
So... I looked around buymedical.com for a few things I needed, but the prices seemed a bit high compared to other sites. Once shipping and the final total were added in, it just didn’t feel like a good deal for me. I ended up ordering somewhere else. It might be fine for certain items, but for what I was buying, the value wasn’t there.

"My Order Was Spot On"
I got exactly what I ordered, and personally, I was happy about that. No mix-ups this time, which made the whole experience feel much smoother for me.

"Customer Service Is a Bit Hit or Miss"
I emailed them about an issue and they did get back to me, but it took a couple of days. They eventually sorted everything out, so I can’t really complain too much, but the process felt kind of slow and a little unclear. Not terrible, just a bit hit or miss.

"Kinda cheap and didn’t last"
The item felt kinda cheap right out of the box, and it ended up breaking after just a few days. I was hoping it would hold up better, but I don’t think I’d buy from here again...

"Refund took way too long"
The return process was such a hassle 😕 It felt like my refund took forever to come through, and I had to be way more patient than I expected...
